RENEWAL LEVY - VOTE YES!

Election Day is Tuesday, May 4, 2021

Renewal Levy - Not a New Tax

On May 4, 2021, Fairborn City Schools will have a RENEWAL levy on the ballot. This is not a new tax and will not increase current property owners' taxes. This levy is critically important as it funds the basic operations of the District.
  • This levy first passed in 2007, and was overwhelmingly renewed by our community in 2012 and 2016.
  • The Greene County Auditor certified that the millage will be 7 mills, reduced from the original 8.6 mills which was passed in 2007.
  • The renewal, if passed, will be for a continuing period of time and will not have to be renewed again in five years.
  • The renewal will allow for small revenue growth for the District if new homes or businesses are built in Fairborn, but will NOT increase taxes on current property owners.
  • Passage of this renewal levy will keep the Fairborn City School District moving in a positive direction!
